Liked the Fantastic Hospitality and Food Offered by this hotel. the staff was very helpful and always smiled and greeted us. They made sure everything was perfect for our New Year celebrations. the location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the IT park and easy to access public transport. the food was exceptional, especially the Chef's special dish. we had a wonderful stay, and the hotel staff outdid themselves.
Disliked the not-so-friendly behaviour of the Front Desk Manager and Spa attendant. They need to work on their attitude and customer service skills.
